Provide year-round ongoing preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants;
Maintain refrigeration systems (Walk-in Coolers, Freezers) and Ice Machines;
Inspect and service restaurant kitchen equipment to ensure safety and compliance;
Diagnose and repair HVAC/R issues across multiple Maine Taco Bell locations;
Assist with basic maintenance tasks and use basic computer skills for recordkeeping
