Sweetser is seeking a Youth & Family Counselor to join our Maine team in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on direct care, acting as a tutor, role model, and emotional support while creating developmentally appropriate recreational activities for youth and families.
The counselor will transport clients to home visits and appointments, helping to maintain a structured, therapeutic environment and working with staff to achieve treatment outcomes.
