As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you’ll ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road again. You will be the face of Penske—the person greeting customers when they arrive and sending them off with a smile.
No experience is required. We will introduce you to our vehicle maintenance processes and teach you how to use our leading-edge technology. The training and experience you gain here can help you advance to become a technician. Penske offers career stability and competitive benefits.

Main Responsibilities- Greeting our customers and ensuring they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
- Performing vehicle readiness inspections to confirm tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are addressed
- Helping keep facilities clean and safe environments for customers and associates
- Building skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance
- Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

- High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability and willingness to work outside
- Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to understand and comply with Penske policies and instructions
- Ability to adhere to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Valid driver’s license required; regulated by DOT with driver qualification file, MVR check, DOT physical, and related requirements
- Willingness to pass background checks, drug screen, and physical as required by DOT; potential travel for training
This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
