Responsibilities

• Scheduling the drivers’ routes and ensuring on‑time, accurate deliveries.
• Using the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/distribute runs to drivers.
• Ensuring that driver counts money collected and has delivery times on bills.
• Working with Parts Pullers to ensure the deliveries go out correctly.
• Working with drivers to make sure that they know the correct route.
• Working with customers over the phone to update them on the status of their orders.
• Properly assisting drivers who have difficulty with routes or any other aspect of the job.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to meet company insurance requirements (drivers must be 21 years old or over).
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
