Warehouse Specialist

C&L Aerospace (A C&L Aviation Group company) is a leading provider supporting the aerospace industries worldwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Aviation Warehouse Specialist to join our team and ensure the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of aviation parts and equipment.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming aviation parts and materials.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations following industry regulations.
• Process orders, pick and pack parts, and prepare shipments according to customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Ensure proper handling and packaging of sensitive and high-value aircraft components.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
• The ability to lift 50lbs.
