Parts Coordinator

Job Summary

Parts Coordinator II responsible for parts and inventory management and administration in a shop environment.

Location:

Hermon, ME 04401.

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.Hourly pay: $25.50.

• Execute parts inventory management processes, including conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, coordinating parts pick‑up and delivery, and stocking inventory.
• Process invoices.
• Maintain records and statistics such as min‑max levels for inventory control.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory counts.
• Manage parts obsolescence.
• Handle shipping warranty and parts return to vendors.
• Maintain parts room organization and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to keep accurate and up‑to‑date records and logs; record, itemise, collate, and tabulate data.
• Strong organisational, prioritising, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years in inventory and parts administration or clerical functions preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet and word‑processing software, required.
• Safety sensitive: must adhere to Ryder's Safety Standards; wear safety shoes; may operate a pallet jack.

Hourly minimum: $25.50; maximum: $25.50.
