Job Summary
Parts Coordinator II responsible for parts and inventory management and administration in a shop environment.
Location:
Hermon, ME 04401.
Work schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.Hourly pay: $25.50.
- Execute parts inventory management processes, including conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, coordinating parts pick‑up and delivery, and stocking inventory.
- Process invoices.
- Maintain records and statistics such as min‑max levels for inventory control.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory counts.
- Manage parts obsolescence.
- Handle shipping warranty and parts return to vendors.
- Maintain parts room organization and cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to keep accurate and up‑to‑date records and logs; record, itemise, collate, and tabulate data.
- Strong organisational, prioritising, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two or more years in inventory and parts administration or clerical functions preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet and word‑processing software, required.
- Safety sensitive: must adhere to Ryder's Safety Standards; wear safety shoes; may operate a pallet jack.
Hourly minimum: $25.50; maximum: $25.50.
