Position: Area Sales Manager )

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to organize, manage, and expand our customer base while consistently achieving sales targets across assigned districts.

The ideal candidate is highly capable of managing multi-area operations remotely, possesses a strong strategic mindset, and demonstrates excellent leadership, financial planning, and operational execution skills. This role plays a critical part in driving sustainable business growth and improving overall sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within South - Central Kalimantan region
  • Identify, develop, and onboard new distributors while maximizing sales potential from existing accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through successful deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
  • Monitor market dynamics, track competitor activities, and provide timely insights and feedback to management.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to formulate effective channel and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product distribution and service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and actively participate in performance review meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager (General Trade) or Branch Manager in the FMCG industry (experience in Personal Care / Skincare / Beauty is highly preferred).
  • Bachelor degree from any major.
  • Strong understanding of General Trade channels with an established distributor and customer network in South–Central Kalimantan
    .
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective channel sales strategies.
  • Fluent in English
    , both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
  • Willing to be based in Banjarmasin
    .
