Within the accounting team, you will actively participate in the accounting and financial management activities of the company in an international environment. You will be involved in both operational, closing, and compliance matters.
Responsibilities
General Accounting
- Reconciliations and justification of accounts
- Participation in the production of monthly entries in US GAAP
- Support during monthly closings
- Participation in the preparation of annual accounts in accordance with PCG standards, in liaison with the Auditors
Internal Control & Compliance
- Participation in SOX Control (Sarbanes-Oxley) activities
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribution to various ad hoc projects within the finance function (process optimization, automation, etc.)
Immobilizations
- Processing and monitoring of data related to current immobilization (CIP)
Treasury
- Assistance in treasury management (monitoring of flows, simple forecasts, bank reconciliations)
Profile
- Student in Bac+3 to Bac+5 in accounting, finance or management (DCG, Master CCA, business school…)
- Good knowledge of accounting principles (PCG); exposure to US GAAP is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel (VBA, formulas…)
- Rigorous, organized, and analytical mindset
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to work in English in a professional environment (written and oral exchanges)
