• Beeper call -- 30-minute response time required
• Avg 2 phone consults, 2 patients seen, 1 admission per 24hrs
• Call ratio: 1:1 with 100% call back
• Inpatient and on-call responsibilities covered
• C-sections, VBACs, breech, and complicated deliveries required
• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required
• Minor GYN procedures -- IUD, colposcopy, cryosurgery required
• Low forceps delivery and laceration repair skills needed
