Poste Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of a Project Manager, you are tasked with leading the design and follow-up of electrical engineering installations, in liaison with the Project Management team and the Architect, on large projects mainly in the private sector, such as shopping centers, IGH towers, office buildings, and complex projects. You are in charge of project management from the design phase (from building permit to DCE) to the follow-up in realization and acceptance.

Main duties include:

• Participating in meetings with all project stakeholders,
• Analyzing the program and translating technical information to the project team,
• Conducting comparative studies, technical notes, and setting technical directions,
• Designing technical solutions in view of client objectives,
• Producing study documents in written and graphic form,
• Coordinating studies of all disciplines (CFO/CFA, GTB, etc.),
• Establishing financial estimates for work with the project economist,
• Participating in qualitative follow-ups of sites and the commissioning of installations.

Holder of an engineering degree specialized in electrical engineering (ESME SUDRIA, ESTP, SUPELEC or equivalent) or Master, you have 5 years of experience within a Design Office during which you have developed technical and field expertise. You enjoy client contact and seek to propose the best technical solution. You wish to implement your professionalism in the design of intelligent and efficient buildings.

Compensation: 40 to 55K Euros (depending on experience) + participation + vacation bonus + 12 additional paid time off.
