As an Infrastructure expert specialized in Key Management (IGC/PKI) and Hardware Security Modules (HSM), your missions will include:
- Designing, deploying, and operating key and certificate management infrastructures (IGC), as well as hardware security modules (HSM), in multi-datacenter and cloud environments.
- Evolving target architectures, cryptographic standards, and best practices while ensuring a high level of security, regulatory compliance (RGS, eIDAS, French and European standards), and resilience. You will ensure the protection of keys and secrets, the traceability and audibility of operations, and the complete lifecycle management of keys and certificates.
- Intervening in the installation, configuration, and automation of IGC and HSM components, integrating services into CI/CD pipelines, and automating operational tasks.
- Providing expertise during technical and security incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.
- Contributing to the evolution of key management solutions (high availability, multi-region, new HSM/KMS), operational documentation, and key ceremonies.
- Working closely with security, infrastructure, Dev Ops, and cloud teams, and participating in the upskilling of teams.
- Ensuring technological and regulatory surveillance, particularly on emerging cryptographic issues (post-quantum), and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the performance, availability, and security of cryptographic services.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree +5 in cybersecurity, systems, networks, or cryptography, ideally complemented by recognized certifications.
- You have 8 years or more of experience in security, PKI, or cryptography in critical environments.
- You are proficient in enterprise and cloud HSM, cryptography, key management, and secure, highly available architectures.
- You are comfortable with Linux, Windows, and Microsoft environments (AD, PKI, Azure), secure networks, and automation.
- You operate with ease in regulated and standardized contexts.
- You are rigorous and autonomous, capable of analyzing and managing complex incidents with a strong sense of security and confidentiality.
