Arrow Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join their growing manufacturing team for a client in Banning, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing experience who are looking for long-term employment with a stable company. Employees will receive hands‑on training in multiple production areas and should be comfortable learning new processes in a fast‑paced environment.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Machine operating experience preferred.
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and good attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Must be willing to learn multiple production processes.
• Candidates who live in or near Banning or Beaumont are strongly preferred for commute reliability.
• Background check and drug test is required.

• Operate molding machines used in the production of rubber tires.
• Package and assemble finished products according to quality standards.
• Operate robotic equipment in the vacuum forming department.
• Perform visual quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining productivity goals.
• Cross-train in multiple production departments as needed.
