Dealership Office Manager​/Office Controller

Lou Bachrodt Auto Group is seeking a Dealership Office Manager/Controller to lead accounting and office operations at our family-owned automotive dealership. In this on-site role, you will oversee AP/AR, cash receipts, bank and schedule reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy while ensuring timely posting of deals in Dealer track. You will prepare monthly financial statements, support budgeting and expense control, and maintain compliance with OEM, corporate, and regulatory requirements.

You will also supervise and develop office staff in a supportive, customer-first culture with strong training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dealership accounting and office operations
• Manage AP/AR, billing, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements
• Ensure accurate and timely deal posting in Dealer track/DMSMonitor compliance with corporate, OEM, and regulatory policies
• Supervise and train office/accounting staff
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
• Coordinate with CPA, auditors, and lenders as needed
• Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Provide financial reports and support to dealership leadership
