Position SummaryUnder the direction of the foreperson, paving equipment operators will be responsible for operating various road construction equipment safely and efficiently. Equipment may include, but is not limited to, asphalt paver, paver screed, steel drum roller, rubber tire roller, skid steer, shaping tractor, power broom and plate tampers.
On‑job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews with opportunities for advancement.
This is a full‑time seasonal position, working May through November (weather permitting). The role requires overtime and occasional Saturdays, with local and regional travel opportunities.
