We are seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer‑service driven individuals for a full‑time Reservationist position. Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage and more. The role requires night and weekend availability.

The Reservationist is responsible for communicating with guests via phone and processing their hotel reservations.

Location: Baraboo, WI.

Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited to:

• Obtain knowledge of all Wilderness Resort properties, units, policies, and resort amenities.
• Work via telephone software to communicate and suggest lodging options and rates for guests.
• Multi‑task across several programs and computer screens.
• Prepare, alter, and modify lodging accommodations via computerized reservations system, process credit card transactions.
• Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor while communicating with guests and colleagues.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
