We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-first dental practice in beautiful Baraboo. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, you'll find a supportive team, state-of-the-art technology, and a community that values great care

• $30 - $37 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

• Day shift

• Monday to Thursday, 8-hour shifts

• License & Certification:
  Licensed dental hygienist, Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

• Active WI Dental Hygienist License
• CPR Certification
• Local Anesthesia Certification

• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Eaglesoft knowledge preferred
• Experience in general dentistry is a plus

• Assess gum health, check for signs of periodontal disease, and provide early intervention when needed.
• Take and review digital X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Guide patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques for optimal at-home care.
• Provide tailored recommendations for oral care products, such as electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and interdental cleaners.
• Discuss the impact of nutrition and lifestyle habits (such as smoking, grinding, and sugar intake) on oral health.
• Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff to create a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued.
• Accurately document patient histories, exam findings, and treatment progress in digital records.
• Work closely with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's needs.
• Track and schedule follow-up visits to ensure patients receive continuous care.
