Position:

- Faculty appointment and ability to work with residents - Mainly outpatient with a 4-day work week, tele-medicine, and part-time options available - Team focused on true patient-centric and quality care - Referrals provided by internal team of 15+ primary care physicians - EMR-EPIC - Physician leadership is valued and kept top of mind with SSM's dyad leadership model
