Jobtailor is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to gather background information from loan applicants, assist with the loan application process, and verify documentation. You will analyze credit reports, calculate debt-to-income and loan-to-value ratios, and determine approvals within authority limits.
Travel to branch locations daily/weekly to support and grow the business. Prior mortgage origination experience and strong knowledge of lending policies and regulations are required.
