Position: Part-Time Esthetician (Opportunity for Growth)

Optimal Health and Wellness is a growing functional and regenerative medicine practice dedicated to helping patients look, feel, and perform their best. We combine medical aesthetics with whole-body wellness, offering advanced treatments in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and personable Licensed Esthetician who is committed to providing exceptional patient care while growing alongside our expanding practice.

• Perform professional skincare consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Provide aesthetic services including:
  • Customized facials
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • Dermaplaning
  • Hydrafacial-style treatments (if experienced)
  • LED light therapy
• Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and home care routines
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Assist with treatment room preparation, cleaning, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sanitation standards
• Build long-term relationships with patients through exceptional customer service
• Participate in practice marketing, social media, and community events when needed

• Current Wisconsin Esthetician License
• Experience in a medical spa or wellness clinic preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Passion for continued education and learning new aesthetic procedures Sales experience with skincare products is a plus
