Temporary Part-Time Patient Services Position

New Life Physical Therapy – Baraboo, WI

22.5 hours/week | Temporary, Part-Time

New Life Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our Baraboo team in a temporary Patient Services (PS) role while one of our team members is on a leave of absence.

Our Patient Services team is the first point of contact for our patients and plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, comfortable with technology, an excellent communicator, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

This position is approximately 22.5 hours per week:

• Monday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (9.5 hours)
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM (4.5 hours)

We understand that life happens! There may be some flexibility to switch a particular scheduled day when specific time-off needs arise. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional hours if desired, but additional hours are not required.

Responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients in person and over the phone
• Scheduling appointments and helping manage patient schedules
• Communicating effectively with patients and our clinical team
• Completing general front-office and administrative tasks
• Learning and using our technology and patient-management systems
• Helping create the positive, supportive environment our patients expect from New Life

Previous medical-office experience is helpful, but not required for the right person.

Because this is a temporary, part-time position, it does not qualify for our full employee benefits package. However, this team member will have access to select New Life employee wellness benefits, including our:

While this position is being hired to meet a temporary need, there may also be an opportunity to continue working with New Life in a PRN/as-needed capacity after the temporary position ends.
