Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other team members to facilitate a seamless guest experience.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback to propose improvements to the engagement activities.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's amenities, promotions, and events to provide guests with accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during activities and events.
