Guest Experience Manager

As a pivotal part of Great Wolf Lodge, the Guest Experience Coordinator ensures that every guest has an unforgettable experience at our family-centric indoor water parks and resorts. Embedded in a unique environment dedicated to fun and relaxation, you will be the front face of our mission to provide familial joy and excitement, embodying and instilling our core values of courtesy, service, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with guests with a positive and friendly demeanor, providing top-tier customer service.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and on-site activities, ensuring all guest requirements are met promptly.
• Handle guest complaints and issues effectively, aiming for immediate resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with different departments to enhance the overall guest experience, from check-in through departure.
• Monitor guest activity and preferences to tailor a bespoke experience.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback to propose improvements to the service team.
