Process Efficiency and Data Support Specialist

Role Description

The Process Efficiency and Data Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Baraboo, WI. This role focuses on analyzing existing banking processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, and implementing improvements that enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. Daily responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, documenting procedures, supporting system and process changes, and collaborating with team members across departments to improve customer‑facing and internal processes.

The specialist will also provide ongoing support through training and coaching, create clear documentation and reports, and help troubleshoot process‑related issues. This role requires close partnership with leadership and front‑line staff to ensure that process enhancements align with customer needs, regulatory expectations, and the bank’s strategic goals.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable process improvements.
• Experience in business process improvement, workflow optimization, and documenting procedures and best practices.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation and commitment to supporting both internal and external customers in a professional manner.
• Experience designing and delivering training, job aids, and user support for new or updated processes and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with databases or reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry is beneficial.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
