Operator Packer

We are hiring a Production Operator – Packager for the day shift. Pay is up to $21.10 per hour
. All applicants must complete a background check and pass E‑Verify.

• Inspect parts and record results according to inspection requirements.
• Package and label products according to packaging instructions.
• Remove old tooling and return it to the designated area; clean and prepare the workstation for the next job.
• Clean, sweep, and organize the workstation(s).
• Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Inspect products and materials at various points during the manufacturing process for quality.
• Assist in setting up the line and make minor process adjustments as directed.
• Perform housekeeping and special projects assigned by the supervisor, such as sorting, reworking, and grinding.
• Complete additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or technical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple written instructions.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and use a computer effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Can‑do attitude and willingness to work during 12‑hour shifts, including weekends.

Duties require standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, and lifting weights up to 50 lbs. The job involves frequent use of hearing and vision, repetitive gripping and arm movements, and exposure to temperature changes and dust.
