Blow Molding Operator -PART TIME

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with co‑workers, employer, customers, and suppliers.
• Keep an acceptable attendance record.
• Learn and apply quality and production standards to all customer parts assigned to you.
• Log all rejects and track all production counts.
• Ensure customer quality expectations are met.
• Prevent good parts from being discarded.
• Assist with on‑the‑job training of new associates in proper job‑specific methods, paperwork, and safety concerns.
• Ensure job‑specific responsibilities are followed and that product is packaged per defined standards; never package questionable products.
• Seek advice from supervisor, quality person, technician, or floor leader when needed.
• Learn and follow all applicable IATF
  16949 quality procedures associated with injection molding production practices.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform cleanup as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Education and/or GED preferred.
