Production Operator Packers – Day Shift – Pay up to $21.10/hourAs a condition of employment, applicants must successfully pass a background check. In addition, we also participate in E‑Verify to confirm work authorization.
About the RoleWorking 7 a.m.–7 p.m. (including every other weekend)
Responsibilities- Prepare and pack packaging, package finished product, conduct quality inspections, and interact with the ERP system.
- Assist in setting up the line, make minor process adjustments, perform housekeeping, and complete special projects assigned by the supervisor such as sorting, reworking, grinding.
- Inspect parts and record results according to inspection requirements; inspect products and materials at various points during the manufacturing process for quality.
- Package and label according to packaging instructions; remove old tooling and return to designated areas, clean up the area and prepare for the next job.
- Cleans, sweeps, and organizes the workstation(s); ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
- Previous manufacturing or technical experience preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; write simple correspondence; effectively use the computer.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with a can‑do attitude; strong organizational skills; ability to multi‑task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Physical Work RequirementsStanding or walking most of a 12‑hour shift; bending, squatting, twisting required several times an hour; frequent lifting (up to 30 lb.). Lifting: occasional, frequent, constant. Physical demands: occasional, frequent, constant.
Equipment UsedAssembly tools, measuring equipment (micrometers, bore gauges, length gauges), production equipment, computers.
