Financial Incentives & ScheduleSign-On Bonus: $7,500 (Available for Full-Time 2nd shift).

Clinical Leadership: Provide expert supervision and mentorship to LPNs and CNAs to ensure patient-centered excellence.
Advanced Assessment: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will perform comprehensive assessments and proactively monitor for changes in resident conditions.
Care Coordination: Lead the development of interdisciplinary care plans and manage complex medication administration and physician orders.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous clinical charting and MARs/TARs in strict compliance with state and facility regulations.
Quality Oversight: Act as a guardian of safety protocols, ensuring the highest standards of care are met across your unit.
Licensure: Must hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
Expertise: Strong critical thinking skills and a deep commitment to geriatric or sub-acute care.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and digital communication tools.
