• Clinical Care:
  Prepare and administer medications/treatments; transcribe physician orders to MARs with meticulous accuracy.
• Documentation:
  Maintain daily records of resident care, observations, and pharmacy coordination.
• Monitoring:
  Proactively track resident conditions and report changes to the RN or DON.
• Leadership:
  Supervise CNAs and collaborate on resident care plans to ensure top-tier service.

• Licensure:
  Active, unrestricted LPN License in the state of Wisconsin.
• Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical procedures, and LTC standards.
• Skills:
  
  Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
