Core ResponsibilitiesAs a vital clinical leader, the RN Registered Nurse will oversee the following:
Clinical Leadership: Provide expert supervision and mentorship to LPNs and CNAs to ensure patient-centered excellence.
Advanced Assessment: Perform comprehensive assessments and proactively monitor for changes in resident conditions.
Care Coordination: Lead interdisciplinary care plans while managing complex medication administration and physician orders.
Documentation & Safety: Maintain meticulous clinical charting in strict compliance with state regulations and act as a guardian of safety protocols.
To qualify for the role of RN Registered Nurse
, candidates must possess:
Licensure: Must hold an active, unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
Expertise: Strong critical thinking skills and a deep commitment to geriatric or sub-acute care.
