The Director of Nursing (DON) at Sauk County Health Care Center leads the nursing department within an interdisciplinary leadership team to deliver high-quality resident care and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The DON oversees budgets, mentors staff, and drives outcomes across the facility.
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibility. AASN or ADN, RN license, seven years of nursing experience (three in supervision), and a Wisconsin
