Shifts Available: Full-Time and Part-Time (Second Shift) — Every other weekend required
Requirements: Active Wisconsin certification; age 18+
Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare and compassion in Baraboo. We are seeking a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver direct care, comfort, and support to our residents.

• Assist residents with ADLs, including personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor resident conditions and report updates immediately to the charge nurse.
• Complete timely electronic charting and ensure a safe, compliant care environment.

• Active Wisconsin CNA Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing.
• High School Diploma/GED, basic charting skills, and background check clearance.
• Strong team collaboration skills (LTC experience preferred, new grads welcome).
