Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our PRN healthcare team at the Sauk County Jail in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

What You'll Do- Perform patient assessments and provide direct nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and nursing standards
- Respond to urgent medical needs using sound clinical judgment
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes with healthcare providers
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with correctional staff and fellow healthcare professionals to provide safe, high-quality patient care

Required
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
