Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at the Sauk County Jail in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

This is a Monday through Friday evening schedule, giving you the consistency of set hours and every weekend off.

No rotating hospital units. No mandatory floating. No weekend rotations.

Just one facility, one team, and the opportunity to use your nursing skills in a setting where your clinical judgment matters.

What You'll DoAs an RN with Southern Health Partners, you'll provide essential healthcare services to an underserved population while working with an experienced correctional healthcare team.

Your responsibilities may include:
Performing nursing assessments and evaluating patient needs Administering medications and treatments Responding to urgent and emergent medical situations Collaborating with healthcare providers and correctional staff Providing patient education Maintaining accurate electronic medical documentation Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes appropriately Using your clinical judgment and critical thinking throughout each shift
