Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to lead store operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and profitability. This role blends staffing, inventory, and cash management with a commitment to delivering an exceptional pizza experience.

• Manage all cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations during the shift.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, cleanliness, and image standards consistently.
• Schedule and staff the team, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee food preparation, equipment operation, and product quality to meet Domino’s standards.
• Handle customer orders via phone and in‑person, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and marketing initiatives to promote sales.
• Drive vehicle to deliver products, flyers, and door hangers as required.
• Lead by example and cultivate a positive team culture.

• Strong math skills—add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly and accurately.
• Ability to count correctly, give and receive change, and record sales on a point‑of‑sale system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable interacting with customers and staff.
• Proficiency with computers or touch‑screen devices for order entry.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating ovens, freezers, and kitchen equipment.
• Experience in a fast‑food retail or similar environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and access to a reliable vehicle for delivery.

• Stand for the majority of the shift; walk short distances between storage, prep, and service areas.
• Lift and stack ingredients up to 50 lb on pallets; carry trays weighing 12–30 lb.
• Perform repetitive motions such as cutting, rolling dough, and using pizza tools.
• Short periods of climbing stairs, leaning, and stooping while preparing or stocking food.
• Drive and deliver pizzas over varied terrain, including multi‑story buildings and uneven sidewalks.

• Cold storage temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F; exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Outdoor exposure during delivery—cleaning, weather, and traffic safety.
• Occasional nighttime driving and demands for visual acuity.
