- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no sponsorship for employment visa).
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays and high retail traffic days such as Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
- A self‑starter with the ability to mentor and continue to develop personal leadership qualities.
- Energetic, motivated and engaging; a true brand ambassador with a love for fashion.
- Knowledge of clienteling and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
