Team Leader - Keyholder

Your Role

As a Team Leader – Keyholder, you support store leadership to achieve sales goals, working alongside store associates and providing daily direction, communication, and training. You motivate the team to deliver an amazing shopping experience and build brand loyalty with every customer interaction. You are a brand ambassador, consistently modeling and upholding Vera Bradley’s core values and committing to making the world a brighter place through every touchpoint.

• Drive sales: exceed sales goals, increase store traffic, convert customers, execute community and customer outreach efforts, and promote campaigns to build brand awareness and lasting customer relationships.
• Lead people: channel Vera Bradley’s core values to motivate and inspire the team.
• Show product passion: suggest products that fit each customer’s unique needs and drive store results through add‑on selling and customer outreach.
• Operate and innovate: execute and improve daily operational procedures, support visual standards, and maintain an organized and inviting environment.
• Demonstrate integrity: uphold company policies and procedures while modeling core values.

• People person, passionate about teamwork.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing, and peak business needs.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Retail experience and/or prior management experience.

• Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Good eyesight, hearing, and dexterity.
• Consistently lift 10–35 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs. with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs.

Base Pay Range: $13.51 – $20.24 per hour. Starting Pay: $17.00 USD.
