Job Description

We are searching for qualified Customer Service Representatives with strong people skills to join our team. The role supports daily store operations and customer engagement.

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare product and assemble order items.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Perform orientation and on‑job training.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Use basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) to handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Provide accurate change and correctly enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Demonstrate motor coordination, eye‑hand coordination, and rapid, precise movements required for order assembly.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and give clear written instructions.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use a touchscreen.
• Capacity for physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and performing repetitive movements.
• Adaptability to varying temperatures, exposure to food odors, and physical conditions such as hot surfaces and cramped quarters.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in cooler areas to 90 °F+ in certain work areas.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing for the majority of tasks.
• Walking short distances. Walking floors include ceramic tile/brick or linoleum.
• Light to moderate lifting, including cases of ingredients up to 50 pounds and bulk product deliveries up to 3’ × 1.5’.
• Climbing stairs or a ladder infrequently for maintenance tasks.
• Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting.
• Reaching above the shoulder to handle oven controls, price signs, and storage shelves.
• Continuous use of hands for tasks such as shaping dough, handling pizza peel, and assembling boxes.
• Use of tools including pencils, pens, computer, telephone, calculator, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
