As Store Assistant Manager, you are responsible for all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

• Staffing and scheduling
• Paperwork and reporting
• Cost controls and cash control
• Food management and food safety compliance
• Maintain work schedule and ensure staff adherence
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• Promote marketing initiatives and sales
• Ensure profitability and financial targets
• Customer service excellence
• Attendance and punctuality
• Transportation to/from work

• Ability to operate equipment (oven, grill, microwave, etc.)
• Stock ingredients, prepare product, and process telephone orders
• Accurate basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Correct monetary change handling
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Motor coordination between eye and hand/fingers for rapid precise movements
• Typing or inputting orders via computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to work under stress and make sound judgments
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods

Store Assistants may advance to General Manager or franchise ownership roles within the Domino’s Pizza organization.
