Assistant Manager; 8th Ave

We are hiring Assistant Managers at Domino’s Pizza. This role requires leadership, customer service, and operational oversight for a fast‑service pizza store.

• Oversee all shift activities, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Ensure all store staff follow policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staff scheduling, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, schedule adherence, store image, customer service, attendance, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
• Maintain standards of service, safety and product quality.
• Set an example for the crew.

• Experience operating store equipment and preparing pizza products.
• Stock ingredients, receive and process telephone orders, manage inventory and associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written, including telephone.
• Mathematical proficiency: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, accurate change making.
• Manual dexterity: rapid, precise hand-eye coordination and computer or touch‑screen order entry.
• Ability to lift 50 lb cases and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, pushing boxes and climbing stairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Experience with delivery, navigation, and customer interaction while driving.

• Exposure to varying weather while performing outdoor tasks.
• Store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in the cooler to over 90 °F in cooking areas.
• Environmental hazards: food fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges.
• Physical demands: standing, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 lb, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching up to 72 ft height, repeated movements, hand‑eye coordination.
• Additional duties: deliver pizzas by car, deliver flyers and door hangers, navigate delivery routes, handle customer payments, and perform package loading/unloading.
