Guest Service Department Manager

• Engage with guests, initiate friendly conversations, make eye contact, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Process transactions efficiently: scan grocery items, handle cash and media at registers, and ensure accurate monetary handling.
• Bag items thoughtfully, ensuring they reach their destination in the condition they left the store.
• Stay informed: maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain order: keep your register station neat and well‑stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communicate: relay guest requests to the Guest Services leadership team as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Meet quality standards: ensure all quality and quantity standards are met, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Teamwork: perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Honor commitments: maintain regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and give adequate notice for absences.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly; fine finger and manual dexterity; eye‑hand‑foot coordination.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

The Cashier position is flexible, offering both part‑time and full‑time opportunities. Schedules may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on availability.

• Associate Discount: 15% off grocery purchases for you and your immediate household.
• Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: hourly associates are paid weekly; part‑time associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays; full‑time associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
• Two‑Week Advanced Scheduling: schedules are provided two weeks in advance for greater predictability and flexibility.
