Merchandise Assistant

Position:
Merchandise Stocking & Receiving Assistant at Family Entertainment Group (FEG) – Kalahari / Tom Foolerys, Wisconsin Dells. This role involves hands‑on work in a fast‑paced arcade environment, focusing on inventory, staging, and customer service.

• Provide outstanding guest service.
• Receive merchandise shipments and packages.
• Assist with unloading pallets, boxes, and product deliveries.
• Check in orders and maintain accurate records of receipts.
• Communicate missing, damaged, or incorrect items to leadership.
• Restock redemption area and merchandise games.
• Organize back‑stock and storage areas.
• Ensure products are accurately labeled and easy to find.
• Keep merchandise storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts of merchandise, prizes, and office supplies.
• Move, stock, and organize product throughout the arcade.
• Assist other departments when called upon.

• Starting wage $15 per hour (may increase based on experience).

• Experience in retail, warehouse, stocking, inventory, or customer service is a plus.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
