Online Order Filling associates focus on locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to accurately fill online orders. They handle product substitutions, consult with customers, and dispense finished orders. The role is fast‑paced and requires shopping across departments to select the right items for each customer.

Key responsibilities include:

• Locate, prepare, and package items for online orders.
• Ensure accuracy of orders prior to pickup or delivery.
• Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary.
• Consult with customers to confirm preferences and ensure satisfaction.
• Dispense orders to customers and engage them during the process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked work area.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Manage time effectively, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
