Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Technician based in Baraboo, WI. The Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, completing efficient system setups, handling cabling, and ensuring the quality and functionality of the installed systems. The role also involves interacting with customers to address their inquiries and provide exceptional service to meet their needs.
Qualifications- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for addressing technical system issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide outstanding customer satisfaction
- Experience with cabling and the technical setup of HVAC systems
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and adapt to various technical challenges
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Previous experience in HVAC installations and repairs is a plus
- Valid driver’s license to travel to customer locations as required
