Workforce Solutions partners directly with teams looking to hire top talent. We are currently partnering with a heating and air conditioning company in Baraboo, WI to add an experienced, reliable HVAC Technician to join their team.
What's the role?In the HVAC Technician role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, follows safety standards, and enjoys working as part of a team.
What will I do day to day?- Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure work is completed safely and according to local codes
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work site
- Previous HVAC Technician experience preferred, but not required
- Technical or trade school training is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Employees will start each day at their Baraboo, WI location and travel to job sites in company vehicles. This is a Monday–Friday role with usual hours between 7:00 AM and 3:30–5:30 PM, based on the day’s schedule.
