Perform demolition tasks including ripping and tearing out drywall, flooring, and tiles in commercial properties;
Lift, carry, and dispose of debris and materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly, transporting them to designated garbage or disposal areas;
Clean floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces thoroughly, including wiping down all fixtures and high-touch areas;
Remove ceiling tiles from hallways and offices and safely dispose of them according to site guidelines;
Assist with disaster restoration projects, including fire damage and fire restoration, smoke damage remediation, and water and flood damage restoration
