Job Title: Ready Mix Driver

A Ready Mix Driver delivers concrete to contractors and construction sites. The driver ensures deliveries are on schedule, checks concrete quality, and maintains positive customer relationships.

• Deliver ready mix to various contractors and projects, typically short‑haul, arriving home each night.
• Inspect concrete for quality and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain courteous customer relations and represent the company.
• Work collaboratively with a team that feels like a family.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.

• No CDL required; on‑site training provided.
• Basic driving skills and comfort driving a tractor‑trailered vehicle.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings.
• Physical ability to load/unload materials as needed.

• Starting hourly rate of $26.00+ (based on experience and qualifications).
