Position Summary:
The Document Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the Safety and Training Department by managing, organizing, and maintaining department documents and records. This role ensures accurate documentation to support compliance, training programs, and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, file, and maintain safety and training documents, records, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation, distribution, and tracking of training materials and safety documentation.
  • Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and company standards.
  • Support the department in updating and archiving records to maintain accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate document control activities, including version control and document revisions.
  • Collaborate with Safety and Training staff to support documentation needs and project deadlines.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support department efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Experience in document management or administrative support, preferably in safety, training, or compliance environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time, flexible hours to be determined based on department needs.

Pay: $20- $25

The starting hourly rate for this position in Ohio (US-OH) at the start of employment is expected to be between $20 and $25 per hour. The hourly rate offered is based on local job market factors and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.

Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
