Supports the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, the Assistant Manager: enforces policies, procedures and standards; schedules mechanic/technician work; manages outside orders; ensures quality and timely completion of jobs; meets customer expectations; maintains safety of team members.

Assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Directs workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians; stages vehicle repair/maintenance work. Drives Midas sales initiatives, communicates directly with customers, assesses needs, provides information about repairs and maintenance, ensures satisfaction and strives to meet expectations.

• At least 2 years of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Dependability, teamwork, and commitment to quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
