• Works alongside Shop Scheduling to schedule and plan the work within work centers.
• Interfaces with personnel at all levels in the organization to accomplish tasks and identify issues requiring action.
• Develops plans to support the movement of components across the facility to meet critical schedule demands.
• Manages and certifies job readiness prior to work start.
• Evaluates reports and collected data to identify trends and opportunities to improve backlogs and earned hours execution.
• Monitors metrics and advises management on long-term improvements.
• Creates detailed summary reports and conducts meetings on findings with staff management, customer representatives, and peers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience
• Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP experience is a plus
• General understanding of scheduling and planning in a fabrication facility
• Problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing requirements and needs
