Howmet is offering a multi-rotation co-op in the Akron/Barberton area for Fall 2026. The program spans 18 months with three 15/11 week rotations across Process Innovation, Casthouse Engineering, and Machining.
This co-op provides cross-functional manufacturing engineering exposure while pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree. Participants gain hands-on experience in processes, automation, and quality systems within a foundry environment.
